Locations

The Technology Park has two centres, each located in a strategic geographic area and well served by transport links. 

PULA

The main centre is situated in the municipality of Pula, about 30 km from Cagliari, set in a 160 ha campus, with built area of 25,000 sqm. The Park has state-of-the-art research facilities and equipment, including a secure animal holding facility of 900 sqm and the following technology platforms:  ICT, Bioinformatics, Genotyping and gene expression profiling, Pharmacology, Prototyping and medical devices, High throughput screening and DTV.

PORTO CONTE (ALGHERO)

Porto Conte Ricerche is located in North West Sardinia at Tramariglio, in one of the most enchanting spots of Alghero’s  Coral Riviera, approximately  15 km from Alghero-Fertilia airport on the road along Porto Conte’s Bay going toward Capo Caccia promontory.
The Research Centre and its facilities were built inside the Porto Conte Regional Natural Park and the Capo Caccia-Isola Piana Marine Protected Area.        
 The Research Centre covers an area of 3.5 ha, comprises some 10,000 m2 of indoor areas, with three separate modern buildings surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean vegetation.
Two buildings house labs, offices, plant and equipment, the library, meeting rooms, a videoconferencing room, classrooms and rooms for support activities; the third building hosts the Auditorium, guest quarters and a cafeteria.
